What this template should help with
A good content calendar template should reduce manual work, keep inputs organized, and make the final output easy to review. Build the file so users know where to type, where formulas live, and where the final summary appears.
Suggested workbook structure

|---|---|
| Inputs | User-editable assumptions, transactions, dates, categories, and notes. |
| Calculations | Protected formulas, helper columns, KPI calculations, and validation checks. |
| Summary | Totals, charts, status indicators, and final report view. |
| Instructions | Short notes explaining what users should edit and what they should not change. |
